The Sunshine House

The Sunshine House is located in Seward, Alaska and combines the beauty of Alaska with a fantastic bed and breakfast experience. Operated by Mike and Marsha Gustkey, there are numerous reasons to become a guest of this great location. Enjoy all of the amenities with your stay while you explore all Seward, Alaska has to offer.

Rooms

Our philosophy continues to be based on our enjoyment of the intimate experience of one or two couples at a time here at Sunshine House. 

There is no need to feel confined to your room during your stay.  Most of our guests, when they choose, spend time with us in the large kitchen room "hanging out" and exchanging stories!

Breakfast

We truly believe that if you walk away from breakfast hungry, we did something wrong.

We usually like to have some kind of smoked salmon or smoked salmon spread to go along with breakfast. Yes, we only serve salmon we have smoked at the Sunshine House
